By accessing or using GuguMeme (https://gugumeme.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Intellectual Property & Commercial Usage
GuguMeme provides AI prompts, templates, and generation tools focused on the Gugu Gaga Penguin character format.
- Commercial Rights: Users purchasing prompts or generation credits receive full commercial rights to publish, monetize, and distribute generated meme images/videos on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and web platforms.
- Platform Content: GuguMeme branding, site design, code, and curated database structures remain the exclusive property of GuguMeme.
3. User Conduct & Acceptable Use
You agree not to use GuguMeme tools to:
- Generate illegal, harmful, defamatory, hate speech, or explicit content.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, automated scrape, or overload our API endpoints.
- Impersonate GuguMeme staff or misrepresent AI content origin.
4. Subscriptions & Refund Policy
Paid prompt packs and credit packages are processed securely via Stripe or Creem. Digital credits are credited immediately upon payment. Refund requests submitted within 7 days of purchase for unused credits will be honored by emailing support@gugumeme.com.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
GuguMeme services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. AI models are non-deterministic, and while we optimize for high quality, exact image output variation is inherent to AI technology.
